Payment Verification
To protect ourselves from unauthorized TRANSACTIONS ALL ORDERS will have a 2-3 business day payment verification waiting period. This means that processing of your order will not start until after payment has cleared. Orders  over $50 will also be signature required. Any unauthorized  purchases we are obligated to report. 

In Stocc items 
Processing time for all in stocc items is 5-7 business days. No orders are processed over the weekend. Once processed the order ships and arrives to you within 2-3 days via USPS priority shipping. Please keep in mind that USPS only operates Monday-Friday therefore orders ship out Monday-Friday. No orders are processed or ship out on  Saturday-Sunday. During peak seasons such as Holidays, Set Days, or when we are out of the office please allow an additional 2-3 days to process your order. Please DO NOT CONTACT us regarding an order before the timeframes listed above. If you do your inquiry will not be answered. We are very busy and have alot of orders and can not respond to unnecessary emails. Once shipped a traccing number is sent to the email and phone number you provided at checcout. Please DO NOT contact us regarding a traccing number before the processing timeframe. If you did not receive a traccing number that means your order has not shipped yet.

 

Pre Order Items 
All items marked pre order are items that are cut and sewn upon request. These orders take up to 14 business days to process. Once processed the order ships and arrives to you in 2-3 business days via USPS priority shipping. DO NOT CONTACT US before the 14 business day processing period. Your inquiry will not be answered. Weekends are not included. Business days are Monday-Friday.  We are very busy and have alot of orders and can not respond to unnecessary emails. Once shipped a traccing number is sent to the email and phone number you provided at checcout. Please DO NOT contact us regarding a traccing number before the processing timeframe. If you did not receive a traccing number that means your order has not shipped yet. 

 

Order Status 
A traccing number is automatically sent to the email address and/or telephone number provided at checcout. If for any reason your order still has not shipped and it has been longer then the processing time frames please contact us. Use the contact form listed below to email us. Allow 24 hours for a response. 

 

 

Refunds/Returns 
We do not accept any returns or exchanges!! All items are final sale. Please do not purchase unless you understand that you will not get a refund, be able to return, or exchange any items. Again all items ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Returned Shipments
We will not be held responsible for any shipments returned to us. Returned paccages will only be reshipped at the customers expense. It is the customers responsibility to enter their complete and accurate address (this includes any apartment, suite, or room number. If you fail to do so and your paccage is returned we will make one attempt to reach you either by email, text, or through our messaging center to coordinate reshipment. Your paccage will be held until we hear bacc from you. If the paccage is unclaimed after 10 days items will go back up for sale, no refund will be provided.
